Lesson title: Container Grown Plants
Objectives:
Learn the steps involved in producing container plants at a large wholesale nursery. First, observe the nursery support facilities, such as administration, marketing and the growing areas. Then, viewers briefly watch plant production procedures including: propagation (seed, cuttings, grafting, tissue culture), misting and indoor/outdoor growing areas, transferring to pots, hardening off, pest control, pruning and preparing for sale.
